This policy relates to the The MPD App and the Infiltometer Website.
Upstream Technologies Incorporated does not sell, trade or share their customers contact information, stored data, or test results with any person or entity.
The MPD App does not store personal information about the customer, except the customers Username and Password to access the MPD Infiltrometer website.
The MPD App does store raw infiltrometric data temporarily, until the customer transmits/uploads that data to the MPD infiltrometer website, where it will
be stored indefinitely. This Data includes the GPS location
of each infiltrometer test performed, but only at the customers choice. The customer has the ability to disable this feature.
An interactive (Global) site map is available for the public to view at the MPD Infiltrometer website. This interactive map does display the location
of every MPD test ever performed, but gives no information about the test or the user who performed that test.
